  • By checking the box below, I am signifying that I am Opting Out of the Continuous Enrollment Agreement with East Cobb Christian School for this student.  Please click submit to finalize the submission of Opting Out of East Cobb Christian School's Continuous Enrollment Agreement. 

    Once the Continuous Enrollment Contract is signed in January 2025 or at new student ECCS Enrollment, the student is automatically enrolled at ECCS until graduation.

    This Change of enrollment Form may be completed for the student without penalty for the following 2025-2026 school year during the Enrollment Notification Period from January 1st until February 1st.

    If you withdraw your student by completing this Change of Enrollment Form anytime outside the Enrollment Notification Period from January 1st through February 1st for the following school year, a withdrawal fee equal to one quarter of the annual tuition is due and payable. This is in addition to the pro-rated tuition up to the last day enrolled in school

    Possible wording change: This is in addition to the tuition for the quarter of school the student is currently enrolled in?
