If you have not spoken with The Head of School Billy Creech, we encourage you to do so before withdrawing from ECCS.

This Change of enrollment Form may be completed for the student without penalty for the following 2025-2026 school year during the Enrollment Notification Period from January 3rd until February 3rd. If you withdraw your student by completing this Change of Enrollment Form anytime outside the Enrollment Notification Period from January 3rd through February 3rd for the following school year, a withdrawal fee equal to one quarter of the annual tuition is due and payable. This is in addition to the tuition paid through the last day enrolled in school. Fees and Tuition Deposit are non-refundable.
