Nature Studies

Students need an opportunity to experience the world for themselves and learn from observation.  A Nature sudy is a great foundation to add science lessons.  As our students observe different elements and living creatures outside, they form an interest in learning more about them. 

Nature Studies are introduced into the classroom through

• Nature Journals
• Field Trips
• Study of Trees in Third Grade
• Insect, Shell, and Wildflower Nature Studies in Middle School
