The Explore More Change of Enrollment Form should be completed if you have registered your child for Explore More and wish to do one of the following actions:
Once a student is enrolled in Explore More, it is assumed the student is enrolled for the entire year.
Explore More Enrollment changes can be made (30-day notice required) with no penalty if family circumstances change (e.g. change in day of week needed, increase or reduction of number of days needed), openings are available, and staffing is sufficient.
Full withdrawal from Explore More will require the same tuition penalty as for regular tuition. If a student is withdrawn at any point after they are enrolled (before or during the school year), a withdrawal fee equal to one quarter of the annual Explore More tuition is due and payable. This is in addition to Explore More tuition already paid through the last day enrolled in Explore More.
