Teresa Staley ECCS Administrator "My calling is to nurture, train, and disciple covenant children for a life of worshipful kingdom service so they will be like shining stars in a crooked and depraved generation." (Phil. 2:14) In the fall of 2002 Teresa returned to ECCS after being employed as principal over 3rd through 5th grades at Perimeter School for two years. She was assistant principal at East Cobb Christian School during the 1999-2000 school year. Teresa developed the kindergarten program at ECCS and enjoyed teaching in kindergarten, 5th grade, and middle school during her 11 years at ECCS. Before becoming a professional educator, Teresa held a variety of positions including working in the accounting department of an architectural and engineering firm, working for Xerox Corporation on their work support team, and being office manager of Pinetree Country Club in Kennesaw, Georgia. Teresa has a BS in Home Economics from Georgia Southern College, teacher certification from Kennesaw State University, and a master's degree in Education Leadership from Covenant College. She continues to take graduate classes in curriculum integration at Covenant through the Alumni Scholarship Program. |
